Driven by the process, I research and explore the meeting points between im/permeable boundaries, touch as a means of connection and its relationship with care, vulnerability and healing.

I perceive my work as an unstable and changing entity, where the expressiveness and density of the materials reveal their rhythms. I am interested in how time shapes matter, suggesting that it is not static, but is always in the process of transformation. Objects and bodies take shape through contact and the passage of time, in a continuous process of interaction and change. 

My work exposes the body as a living entity, not a fixed territory to possess. I believe that sensuality is a source of knowledge and happiness capable of countering the alienation imposed by patriarchal and techno-capitalist systems. My work invites us to explore the disconnection between the physical and the virtual, questioning anthropocentric and binary thoughts by investigating the fluidity of identity and our connection with the more-than-human. 

 My practice encompasses sculpture, painting, drawing and socially-engaged public art, extending to hand-poke tattooing, where each session is a collaboration and a ritual of contact and reciprocity. The ritual is the moment in which one abandons oneself and leaves behind any idea or thought to feel what is at that moment, in that place with those people, and to honor it. It can be through a gesture, a caress, a sound. If everyone participates in that feeling generated in the ritual, it lives and transforms the space, it transforms the people.

Impulsadx por el proceso, investigo y exploro los puntos de encuentro entre los límites im/permeables, el tacto como medio de conexión y su relación con el cuidado, la vulnerabilidad y la sanación.

Percibo mi obra como una entidad inestable y cambiante, donde la expresividad y densidad de los materiales revelan sus ritmos. Me interesa cómo el tiempo da forma a la materia, sugiriendo que no es estática, sino que siempre está en proceso de transformación. Los objetos y cuerpos asumen forma a través del contacto y el paso del tiempo, en un proceso continuo de interacción y cambio.

Mi trabajo expone al cuerpo como una entidad viva, no un territorio fijo a poseer. Creo que la sensualidad es una fuente de conocimiento y felicidad capaz de contrarrestar la alienación impuesta por los sistemas patriarcales y tecnocapitalistas. Mi obra invita a explorar la desconexión entre lo físico y lo virtual, cuestionando pensamientos antropocéntricos y binarios al investigar la fluidez de la identidad y nuestra conexión con lo más-allá-de-lo-humano.

Mi práctica abarca la escultura, la pintura, el dibujo y el arte público con compromiso social, extendiéndose al tatuaje hand-poke, donde cada sesión es una colaboración y un ritual de contacto y reciprocidad. El ritual es el momento en el que uno se abandona y deja atrás cualquier idea o pensamiento para sentir, lo que es en ese momento, en ese lugar con esas personas, y honrarlo. Puede ser a través de un gesto, una caricia, un sonido. Si todos participan de ese sentimiento generado en el ritual, éste vive y transforma el espacio, transforma a las personas.
